According to a report by the University of Washington Information School, more than one-third of all Americans age 14 or older - roughly 77 million people - used a public library computer or wireless network to access the internet in the past year. The Willis Library

Here's the Willis Library on the University of North Texas Campus. It's where I come to work every weekday morning. Durn flagpole is messing the view up though. I normally don't see it from this angle, as I approach from the side.
