nI have all kinds of textures and patterns that I have used as backgrounds, layers, etc. Mine are not the best quality in the world, but they are all virus free (when I put them on my sites) and they work fine. They are all high resolution and some are 12x12 at 300 dpi. Others are rectangle and larger. I hope these are helpful to you.
They are protected by creative commons license and may be used for all applications (commercial and personal) as long as you do not resell the image. Attribution is required. If you don't want to add attribution, that is fine, as long as you add a link to my website( welkerphotography.com ) or broadcast a link on facebook and twitter. Powerpoint Background Instructions:
Makes a great powerpoint background if you choose. The directions to use this as a powerpoint background may vary from one version to another. I am currently using an old version. The directions to add this as a slide backgroudn on my version are as follows:
1.At the top of your screen, click on format, then from the pull down menu, click on background.
2. Now, when a small window opens, click on the blank space under the sample window.
3. A drop box opens. Click on fill effects.
4. Now, click on the tab at the top that says picture.
5.At that point, upload the image you want for a background.
6.Then you can click on apply to slide or apply to all slides as a master background.
7.Next, you can add graphic images in front of it, if you choose to carry over from slide to slide.
