MANILA, Philippines (Feb. 15, 2011) Chief Religious Programs Specialist Tshombe Harris, assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), speaks with Andrea Lindgren, a foreign service officer at the U.S. Embassy in Manila, and Sister Priscilla Ysaac, a nun at the Hospicio De San Jose, during a community service activity. U.S. Navy personnel have volunteered at the Hospicio De San Jose for more than 100 years. Blue Ridge serves under Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 7/Task Force (CTF) 76, the Navy's only forward deployed amphibious force.
