In Yercad, We went to Montfort School (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montfort_School,_Yercaud). The school is opened for the public for view. The school is certified for International Standard. There is garden in the school. Where we found white flowers in plenty. In the noon, there are few butterflies and one or two bees were search of food in that garden. Waited for this kinda shot. I got it.. Hurrah...

I'm always looking for great photography stories out there to blog and write about and one of the places that I go searching for photo stories a lot is digg. Even when photo stories don't make the front page of digg I find that there are oftentimes great stories still found through simply searching for the term "photography."

So I was super pleased today to stumble across an interesting site called photographyvoter.com/ which feels very much like digg, but with the entire focus of the site on photography.

Similar to digg, users submit stories to the site and then vote on them. The most popular stories are published on the front page and the rest of the stories are kept in an upcoming news section.

The site has some other cool features. It has a "live traffic" report that highlights places that refer traffic to the site, the newest member is linked and welcomed on the site, the latest comments on the site are displayed, and there is a nice section which breaks down various categories of photography stories and includes RSS feeds that users can subscribe to.

It looks like photographyvoter has been around at least since October of last year but what it probably needs most are even more users. More users submitting great photography stories and more users voting on great stories. I'm sure I'll be spending a lot of time on this site in the future. Already I've got about a dozen great stories that I've found on the site that I need to spend some time reading.

It's hard for me to tell exactly who is behind the site, but whoever is, thanks, this is a terrific resource.
